Blending leftover peas with cream cheese, a fresh slice of provolone, seasoned with salt and pepper, makes a delicious healthy appetizer. It presents beautifully as well. I think next time I'll add some diced red onion for a pop. You can add diced pepper of your choice, even another green, such as spinach or broccoli slaw. The bread was my imperfect Hokkaido milk bread. It didn't look too beautiful, but it sure tasted good.
